RETURNS POLICY
Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for perfume samples or testers once they have been used. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please Note: All postage costs associated with returns are at the cost of the customer.
